Pre-ordered items are shipped in advance to be delivered by release dates.

If you indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have another 14 days after indicating your intent to return to ship items back to us. The product packaging (not the mail packaging) must be unopened and/or unwrapped/unsealed to be eligible for a refund — excluding the cost of shipping and handling. Depending on your country we may be able to issue you a return label, though the cost of shipping (and any associated customs fees) would need to be covered by you.
